How Will My Order Be Delivered?

The Majority of our deliveries will arrive on a pallet and will be delivered to the nearest accessible location (Kerbside Delivery*) If goods are delivered on a pallet the items on the pallet will not be broken down or discharged by the delivering driver.

* With kerbside deliveries all efforts are made by the driver to deliver to the closest point at the address but any obstructions or hazards . i.e steps , uneven drives, gravel etc could affect the location where the pallet is left.

We are currently unable to deliver outside the mainland UK with our standard delivery solution. Please note that the following postcodes and areas DUBLIN, GY, HS, IM, IV41, IV42, IV44, IV45, IV46, IV47, IV48, IV49, IV55, IV56, JE, KA27, KW, PA, PH9, PH15, PH16, PH17, PH18, PH19, PH20, PH32, PH33, PH34, PH35, PH36, PH37, PH38, PH39, PH40, PH41, PH42, PH43, PH44, PH49, PH50, TR21, TR25, ZE, Northern Ireland, Guernsey, Jersey, Channel Islands and some other specific postcode areas may incur a higher delivery cost which is based on your exact location and the products contained within the order. Please contact us prior to ordering to get an accurate quote for delivery.

WHEN WILL MY ORDER BE DELIVERED?

Once you have placed your order one of our sales team will contact you to arrange delivery within 1 working day. It will be necessary for you to provide a contact number. You can however specify a delivery date in the comments section in the checkout process or by contacting one of our tile experts.

IS IT POSSIBLE TO HAVE MY ORDER DELIVERED TO ANOTHER ADDRESS?

Yes it is possible to have tiles delivered to another address, however you will be required to provide us with the full delivery address and a land line contact number. For security reasons we will contact you to arrange a delivery date using the landline number provided.

WHAT TIME WILL MY DELIVERY BE?

Unfortunately it is not possible for us to specify a delivery time, all deliveries should be between 9.00am and 6.00pm so please ensure somebody is available to sign for the order. By request our delivery drivers are able to contact to give you a 1 - 2 hour delivery window however this has to be arranged with our sales team at point of order.
